Ever wanted to do a full push up??? A lot of people like to start off on their knees but can’t progress any further as being off your knee is too difficult. Resistance bands on the other hand are amazing to use. Most gyms have them which come in all different resistances. The thicker they are, the more help you get. Put the band around and attachment slight higher, such as a pull up bar, then place around your hips, now try a full push up. Start with high resistance bands and work your way through the bands until you no longer need them. This allows you to keep working on correct technique until you no longer need them.
